Welcome to Biological Sciences!

Are you interested in exploring the study of life in all its forms?  Biological Sciences offers a variety of programs to meet your educational goals and course needs.  We offer three different undergraduate programs. Our B.S. in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Major in Biological Sciences includes a broad liberal arts education but with a focus on biological sciences. Our B.S. in Neuroscience offers a life sciences program targeted more on neuroscience. Our newest degrees, B.S. in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Major in Integrated Health Sciences, offers a broad liberal arts education with an emphasis on health sciences.

Our graduate program offers a program leading to a Ph.D. or M.S. in Biological Sciences.

Our 30 tenure-track faculty and 12 non-tenure track faculty teach classes for our >2400 undergraduates as well as many other students on campus. Over 105 graduate students are working toward their degrees with our faculty as their mentors.
