Jarrad Hampton-Marcell wins uBiome research grant competition

PhD candidate Jarrad Hampton-Marcell is the joint winner of uBiome's recent public-voted Microbiome Research Grant Competition. He will receive up to $100,00 of uBiome testing kits and full laboratory analysis. A former high school quarterback, Jarrad is seeking to understand how the gut microbiome can influence athletic performance via the mechanisms driving the interaction between microbial metabolism and host response.  Click here to read the uBiome news release.
