Chris Whelan, an avian ecologist with the University of Illinois at Chicago and research associate with the Field Museum, talked about how climate change is affecting birds in an interview with Josh Chamot of Nexus Media News. Climate change is affecting birds around the world in various ways. Some species are adjusting the timing of nesting, while others are not. The geographic ranges of many species are shifting.
